How can I book the apartment I like? How can I pay
reservation deposit ?
If you want to order one of the flats presented on
our site, first of all you need just to e-mail us.
In those message please indicate:
1. Your name,
surname.
2. Country (citizenship)
3. Code of the chosen apartment (for
example f-1).
4. Period of the lease (from/to which date you would like to
lease the above mentioned apartment; for example: " from September 20 to
September 30, 2007 ")
5. Number of persons to live in the apartment ( for
example “2 couples” or “two male”).
Also you may inform any other information
about yourselves (for example, possession of languages) and your additional
wishes.
Within short period of time ( normally one working day or even
sooner) we shall reply to you and inform - whether the apartment is free for the
indicated period. Once we confirm availability and you are interested in booking
the apartment for the period of your stay, you will be asked to pay reservation
deposit. Reservation deposit is normally equivalent of one night lease. It guarantees the
booking. You can read here detailed info how to pay reservation deposit. Payment of the remaining part of the sum have to be done at
the moment of check-in.
Could
you meet us at the airport, railway station?
We are glad to meet you at
Odesa airport, or the central railway station. You should inform us about the
precise date and time of your arrival, the number of flight or the number of
railroad car. Your pictures will be highly appreciated. Cost of transfer – 25
USD from the Odesa airport and 20 USD from the railway station. Transfer means
delivery by auto of one or two persons to the place of residence. The
service of porter is not included.
What is the legal basis of your business?
Our
site is informational system which connects you with landlords. We are registred as booking agency and pay taxes. Most oflandlords are private entrepreneurs also and have their business registered but some of them still not. All costs including our commission fee and rebates of our agency are included in costs shown on this web-site.
What is the check-in procedure?
If you don’t
ask about transfer in your enquiry then in the fixed time our representative or
landlord will meet you near the house where you have leased the apartment. He
(or she) will show you the apartment, will give you the keys, will answer all
your additional questions, will get money from you for the whole period of
residence.
When do I pay for the whole period of residence?
You will be asked to pay on arrival to the apartment in Odessa the balance of the payment in cash. Sum of reservation deposit will be subtracted from the sum you have to pay. ATMs for cash are available close to the apartments and at the airport.
How often bed linen is changed?
Daily rent
indicated on this site envisages change of bed linen once per 6-7 days. If you
wish the linen to be changed more frequently it is possible for extra 10$ for
each additional change.
Do you propose excursions?
No, at the moment we do
not do it.
What happens with the deposit (advance payment) in the
case of the subsequent cancellation or change of the reservation?
Our cancellation policy: In case of your non-arrival, cancellation of reservation, changing (afterwards) of dates and/or period of your stay in the apartment advance payment is totally non-refundable. This rule is unfortunately applicable even in case of cancellation of flights and/or other voyages. However, in cases of trip postponement with due notification we may be able to salvage the deposit for a later date of arrival but not during high season ( May – October).
When is usual Check-In/Check-Out time?
Check-in
is from 1pm (13:00) and check-out is by noon (12:00). If these time do not
suite you please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price
includes rent, utilities (energy, water consumption), maid service and VAT.
Is security deposit required?
Most of landlords
asks about security deposite and some not. Depending on the apartment, security
deposits ranging from $50 - $100 may be required. We will inform you in our
confirmation if it is. If we choose to collect a security deposit, you will be
issued an invoice stating the deposit is fully refundable provided everything
within the apartment is returned in the original shape.
Can I bring my pet?
If you are bringing a pet
along, your apartment choices might be limited. Some landlords in Odessa do not
allow pets some of them increase daily rent in that case. It may also depend on
the breed and temperament of the dog. If you plan on bringing a pet, please
notify us at the time of booking.
Can I get an evening meal?
Most supermarkets are
opened 24/7. Restaurants are opened till 24:00 and many stay working till the
last client.
Are computer and Internet access available in your
apartments? If so, what are the rates and how would I order one?
Yes,
wi-fi Internet access is available in many of our apartments. In case you bring
your laptop, there is no extra fee for the Internet access. There are also
dozens of Internnet-clubs in Odesa where you can get access to Internet for
about 1USD per hour.
